Arms and Shoulders
You can’t strongarm someone unless you have strong arms. They aren’t there just to look pretty. A strong set of shoulders and arms assist in basic whole body movements. So get to workin’ em!
We both know why you’re here. You want that good butt. Squats, lunges, and lots of hard work, that’s how you get it. Just remember to use those glutes for work just as much as you use them for pleasure.
Chest exercises to build up your chesticles. These exercises focus primarily on pushing movements under load. So, if you find yourself in need of more strength to push your cat off the counter then look no further.
Abs? Don’t worry about abs just yet. Worry about your core. Your core is what you need to do like every other exercise in this library. Get your core strong and the abs will follow.
The only rule we enforce here is “thou shalt not skip leg day”. Beyond that, do whatever you want. But you’re not taking this program and then walking around like like a stork with toothpicks for legs.
Ever felt like you wanted to sweat profusely and have to gasp for air? No? Then these are the perfect exercises for you to get your heart pumping! Wait, what do you mean, “no”?
This is a culmination of all the bodyweight exercises from the other categories. If you don’t want to use equipment or are just broke and can’t afford any, this is the library for you.
These exercises require some kind of equipment. It might be dumbbells, a ball, a pull up bar, or your second-born. Either way, you’ll see what you need in each video.
